The Beef in Santo is 100% Organic & our Poulet, Catch of the Day & Lobster, is as Fresh as we can source it from our Local Fishermen. We truly hope you enjoy some delicious food created by our Chefs, & please understand that all ingredients on our menu are subject to availability here in Santo.
