Terms and Conditions

CHECK IN is available after 2 pm however if the rooms are ready you are more than welcome to check in earlier. Please contact the office to arrange a check-in after 9 pm.

CHECK OUT is at 11 am however if it doesn’t infringe on other bookings coming in then we can always accommodate a late check out to suit.

Payment Policy

Rates are tax inclusive per room and are charged in Vatu (VUV – Vanuatu Currency).

To hold and confirm a booking, a 50% deposit is required which is then part of your accommodation payment.

Upon check out, the guest settles a single bill that includes accommodation, all restaurant meals, and activities. Payment methods include cash or credit card.

A 4% surcharge is applied to all Visa MasterCard, & American Express payments.

Guests may elect to pay cash for their restaurant meals on a daily basis, however it is a requirement that one method or the other is chosen – either cash daily or one final account upon check-out.

Cancellation Policy

From the date of booking, 50% of the booking will be charged.

Within 7 days of arrival or in the event of a no show, the entire booking will be charged.

Payments are non-refundable. As a small, independent property, we ask for your understanding in respecting our cancellation, change and no-show policy.
